How it works
A three-step routine using dental-strength carbamide peroxide gel and thermoforming trays. Straightforward, comfortable, and effective when used as directed.

Mould your trays
Soften the thermoforming trays in hot water and bite gently for a snug fit.

Apply the gel
Place a small bead of 16% or 22% gel into the front of each tooth slot.

Wear & rinse
Wear for the recommended time. Rinse trays after each use and store dry.
16% carbamide peroxide
Wear 1–2 hours or overnight. Suited to longer sessions and sensitive teeth.
22% carbamide peroxide
Wear 30–60 minutes. A stronger formulation for shorter daily sessions.
